These are established by the Ministry of Education in order to enable the youth to become the real agents and beneficiaries of development. The centers provide creative needs to both student and non students and involve them in programmes which includes, informal education, removal of illiteracy, establishment of science museums, libraries, hobby centers, community welfare services and cultural activities.
