Rotation

"Rotation" means turning around a centre (Fig.9.3). A geometrical axis by which a figure undergoes repetition at regular interval round an imaginary fixed point is defined as rotation.

Rotation may be present in certain varieties of motifs, border patterns and all over patterns.
