Sample application

i. Cool the sample solutions and load the gel.

ii. Take up the required volume of sample solution in a microsyringe and carefully inject it into a sample well through the electrode buffer.

iii. Marking the positions of wells on the glass plates with a marker pen and the presence of bomophenol blue in the sample buffer facilitates easy loading of the samples.

iv. Similarly load a few wells with standard marker proteins in the sample buffer.
