3.3.24 Right Mouse button Operations

Creating folder

Right click on the Desktop and selec t folder option from the Popup Menu.

Creating Shortcut

Right click on the Desktop and select shortcut option from the popup Menu. If you know the file name with path, type the file name in command line textbox with path. If you don’t know the file name with path, click Browse button and select file.

Arranging Icons

To arrange the icons right click on the desktop and select Arrange Icons (name, File size, File type, date) option from the Popup menu.

Properties

To view the selected file size and attr ibute of the file. cut, copy and paste operations also performed on the desktop icons.

Creating or Deleting Shortcut in Start menu or Programmes sub menus:

1. Click the start button and select Settings, Taskbar.
2. Click the Start menu programmes tab
3. To add a shortcut click Add button.
4. If you know the file name with path, type the file name in command line textbox with path. If you don’t know the file name with path, click Browse button and select file.
5. To delete a shortcut click Remove button and select th e shortcut to remove.
