Suggestions for Effective Use

1. Make lay out simple and attractive and do not over load the board.
2. Use colours for attraction, natural colour for background and bright colours for important words and message.
3. Keep timely information and change the material regularly.
4. Use local material and observe and sequence when number of materials are used.
5. Use few and large materials creative title with few and large size words that can be seen from the distance.
6. Use contrast to attract attention.
7. Fix the material to the board without damaging the board.
