Presentation

There should be introduction, body and conclusion in the writing.

1. The introduction should be designed to attract the readers with simple and comprehension nature.
2. The body should present or analyse the situation. The other factors to be considered are less statistics, emphasising the key points containing facts, satisfying needs, bringing out the merits and demerits winning the confidence of the reader etc.
3. The summary should contain all facts that create awareness for action. Finally the readers viewpoints must be kept in mind at all times.
