  1. Milk
  2. 2-3 Cups (children below 9 years)

    3 or more cups (children 9-12)

    4 or more cups (adolescents)

    2 or more cups (adults)

  3. Meat
  4. 2 servings per day

  5. Vegetables & Fruits
  6. 4 or more servings + 1 citrus fruit per day, yellow vegetables – alternate days

  7. Bread & cereals
  8. 4 or more servings per day
