They are desirable and satisfying.
Values are needed for a meaningful life style and the person who acts according to his value system will have maximum satisfaction.
They have the ability to develop in a self creative way.
They tend to endure they are relatively stable and tend to change gradually. The values will not change very frequently. They last longer in the human life style and they take a long process and time to change
They may be either relative or absolute in nature. Absolute values remain independent of surrounding condition, where as relative values depend on their context for interpretation. The relative values have broader managerial potential in using more alternatives. The absolute values reduce the alternatives and narrow the managerial potential.
They can be verbalized and held at conscious level (explicit) or subconscious levels (implicit)
