Burfi

  1. Is prepared by heating khoa over low fire. Sugar is being added to khoa as it being heated.
  2. Sugar and khoa are vigorously mixed to form a smooth mass.
  3. This is poured into a tray greased with ghee, spread uniformly and allowed to cool.
