Transfer of Training

When learning for one purpose is also utilised in another situation which is net originally envisaged in a training is called transfer of training.

Eg: Study of maths helps in understanding physics and chemistry with.

Kinds of transfer

1. Postitive transfer: Training or learning of one kind of material has positive or beneficial influence upon learning another with and learning is assisted there by.
2. Negative transfer: The training acquired in one kind of learning has a negative influence upon learning in some other connection or in other words, it absturcts learning.
