Examination of ear

EXAMINATION OF EAR
  • It can be done in ear infection such as otitis extema, otitis media, and otitis intema. An ordinary torch light is sufficient or otoscope can be used. Before examination the animal should be restrained by sedation.
  • The hearing of cattle is judged by observing their slight reaction to noise.
