5.2.40 Sorting Table Contents

The content of a table can be sorted in ascending order or descending order of a column.

1. Select Sort table option in Table menu
2. Select the column number on which the table is to be sorted
3. Specify the order in which the table is to be sorted. i.e. Ascending or Descending order
4. If needed specify the secondary keys and its order
5. If the table has no column headings select No heading option. Otherwise select Has heading column option. (This option controls the inclusion of First row of the table in sorting)
6. Then press OK button.
