5.3.18 Bullets

Select menu Format – Bullets. A Bullets dialogue box opens. The various fields in this dialogue box are explained below:

Use a bullet

Select the check box to indicate that we want to add a bullet to the text. Clear to remove a bullet from a paragraph.

Bullets From

From the drop-down list, select a font from which we want to choose a bullet.

Special Colour

Sets a bullet colour. Select a colour from the drop-down box.

Size

Enter a number in the Size box to indicate the size of the bullet. Numbers greater than 100 increase the size of the bullet. Numbers smaller that 100 reduce the size of the bullet. Once we have defined a bullet, we can add or remove bullets with the Bullet button on the Formatting toolbar indicate the paragraphs we want to change and click the Bullet button.
