Before printing the slides, following things are to be considered

• Is the presentation to be presented on the screen or paper.
• How large do we want the slides to be.
• Do we want the slide to be printed on paper lengthwise or height wise
• How many copies are to be printed
• Which printer do we want to print to

A two step process is recommended in printing our presentation.
