5.3.2 Starting with PowerPoint

We can start PowerPoint by double clicking the PowerPoint icon in the MS Office group window. (OR) By single clicking on the PowerPoint button on the Microsoft Office Manager toolbar. Every time we start PowerPoint or open a new file the following dialogue appears.
