5.3.23 Background colour

This is the underlying colour of a PowerPoint slide. If we're painting on a white canvas, for example, our background colour is white. We can paint any other colour on top of it. But the underlying colour remains white, the white (the background)shows wherever we don't add paint. The background colour on a slide works the same way.
