5.3.30 Graphics

A presentation looks attractive with graphics incorporated in it. To include art along with our slide show, we can

• Use graphics made in some other application (Importing)
• Use ClipArt, which has more than hundred well-categorized pictures which, comes with MS Office.
• Create graphics in PowerPoint Itself.

PowerPoint supports a number of graphic file types: To insert graphics in our document, choose menu Insert – Picture . A sub-menu with the following types of graphics are shown :

• Clipart
• From file
• AutoShapes
• WordArt
• Chart
