5.3.35 Auto Shapes

Clicking on Auto shapes activates the AutoShapes toolbar. AutoShapes is a nice feature which allows us to draw different shapes and then allows us to type text into some of the shapes. Click on the shape to be drawn a menu drops down showing different shapes click on the required shape. The mouse pointer changes into a cross. Move the mouse pointer to the area where the shape has to be drawn and click drag till the required size. To Type text into it do a right click on the drawing and choose add text from the shortcut menu. Type the text.
