5.4.37 Consolidate

Consolidate operation is used to summarize the data from one or more source area and display the summarized data in a destination area.

  1. Type the data in different areas and sort the data if needed
  2. Choose the destination area and select Consolidate in Data menu
  3. Change the function such as Sum, Min, Max, Count etc. as needed
  4. Give the data ranges one by one. Data many in current sheet or in some other work book
  5. Press OK
