5.3.19 Alignment

PowerPoint gives us the option of aligning the text in paragraphs on the right, the left, or the centre, or to justify the text.

To change a paragraph's alignment

• Select the paragraph or paragraphs we want to change.
• Select menu Format - Alignment.
• The Alignment cascading menu appears.
• From the Alignment menu, choose the alignment we want.
