5.3.46 Automatic Slide Show

To run a slide show in automatic mode, we have to enter slide timings. We can either

1. Enter the slide timings manually
2. Or rehearse the slide show

Entering slide timings : The slide timings can be entered in the transition dialogue box.

• Switch to slide sorter view
• Choose a slide to which we want to add the effect
• Choose menu slide Show -> Slide transition

The translation dialogue box appears

• Here under Advance, Select Automatically After-Seconds
• Enter the number of seconds we wish this slide to remain on the screen before the text slide is shown.
• Repeat this procedure for all the slides in our presentation.
