Lesson 15 : Fitting

Introduction

The fit of a garment is the most obvious factor in the total effect, but fitting and dress making are dependent on each other and each contribute equally to the success of the garment.

A well fitted garment not only fits perfectly to the contours of the figure and is comfortable to wear, but has a line and proportion which flatten the figure.
